The collective agreement (CA) has been agreed upon by the membership as well as the employer. It holds the terms and conditions of your employment. Familiarize yourself with the CA and ask questions... we are there to help.

As your bargaining agent, OPSEU represents members in central and local negotiations. Your local leadership represents you in day to day dealings with the employer at Labour Management meetings; Local leadership is there for you at Return to work and accommodation meetings, for Health and Safety matters and during any investigations.

In the ideal world the collective agreement is consistently relied upon and followed appropriately. However we know there will be times where we disagree. You can rely on your local leadership and OPSEU to represent you in a professional manner.
